DESCRIPTION:You’re invited to join us this spring as we are re-start a rhythm of monthly Spirituality nights at Neahkahnie House! \nYou can save the dates on your calendar – every first Thursday! \nWe will start with a Potluck dinner\, then gather around some candles in the living room to form a Circle of Light. \nThis will be a simple time of singing\, reflection on a reading or image\, and time for folks to share prayers aloud. \nThis month\, we will be practicing the awkward-but-meaningful tradition of foot washing. \n…Foot washing is a L’Arche tradition that helps us reflect on the ways we mutually serve one another each day. It is also a tradition practiced in the Christian Church during Holy Week\, to remember how Jesus modeled and called others to humble service. \n…No one is required to have their own feet washed. DESCRIPTION:Let’s twist again – like we did last spring! \nWe have DJ Lamar on board for our Spring Dance at Grace Memorial Church! \nJoin us for an evening of fun\, connection\, and letting loose on the dance floor. \nWe’ll have pizza\, and guests are invited to bring other items to round out the meal. \nYou’re invited to dress up a little if you like – but just wear whatever will be fun and comfortable for you to dance in! \nParking: There is a parking lot on-site\, as well as street parking. \nEntrances:  \n\nThere is a non-accessible entrance off of the parking lot to the courtyard. The dance hall entrance is up some steps to the right.\nThe accessible entrance is off of NE 17th Ave. There is a ramp to the main doorway into the sanctuary foyer. Inside\, you’ll take a left and make your way to the dance hall.\n\nWe will have greeters in both spots! \nPlease RSVP here so we plan for enough pizza! It is near the Bell Tower and Chapel. You can: \n\nEnter campus by car at North Portsmouth Ave\, and either park in the big parking lots next the ball fields\, and walk to Saint Mary’s\nEnter campus by car at North Portsmouth Ave\, and drive around the edge of campus to Saint Mary’s. There are accessible parking spots for us in the lot behind Saint Mary’s and the Chapel.\nEnter campus by Trimet Lift or other ride at the entrance between N. Fiske & N. Haven Ave.\, and get dropped off at Pilot House. Student greeters will be stationed there and can guide you to Saint Mary’s.
