Live-In Resident Manager/House Coordinator - L'Arche Resident Managers have at least one year of prior caregiving experience with adults with intellectual disabilities and oversee quality care for adults with intellectual disabilities and overall thriving of the home. Live-In Assistant - L’Arche Assistants work with the other Assistants and the Community Leadership Team to create and support community life in our homes. An assistant must feel called to live in intentional community. See Become an Assistant to learn more.
Part-Time Assistant - A L'Arche Assistant who lives outside our homes and works to help provide a safe and nurturing environment that supports the growth and well-being of each member of the community.
Awake Overnight Assistant - The L’Arche Awake Overnight Assistant would work cooperatively with day-time assistants to share responsibility for the upkeep of the home as well as quality of care for its residents.
