This month, we’ll celebrate a Blessing of Creatures, in partnership with Lincoln Street United Methodist Church.

Many in the Christian tradition celebrate Saint Francis’s Feast Day with an Animal Blessing, as St. Francis is the patron saint of animals and the environment.

In the Neahkahnie House backyard, we will bless animals, plants, and each other as creatures of the earth.

All are invited to bring a pet, plant, or photo or object that reminds you of a beloved animal.
